Do I always need to shop with my card?
It’s the fastest way to check out, but if you forget your card, we can look up your membership by your phone number.
Do I earn points on everything I purchase?
Almost, points are not earned on any dollars spent on additional sales tax, delivery charges, bottle deposits, rebates applied at the time of purchase, coupons, the dollar amount of available mail-in rebates at the time of purchase of any product or service, the dollar amount of a purchase of gift cards/certificates, the dollar amount of any gift card/certificate offer with purchase, Tobacco, or other excluded charges. Members do not earn points for the amount of any Reward redeemed or discounts applied to an eligible or qualifying product purchase.
How will I hear about the other benefits, such as bonus points and member events?
Your web based portal will show all member offers and events. You may also receive emails to the account you provided when you enrolled in the program.
How will I know if I earned a Reward?
Your web based portal will show any earned Rewards and they will automatically be deducted on your next purchase within 30 days.
How many Rewards can I earn in one year?
Unlimited, as there is no limit.
Do I need to spend a certain amount when I redeem my reward?
There is a $25 minimum purchase required, as no “change back” or credit is given for a partially used Reward.
How long do I have to use my Reward?
Rewards expire 30 days from the issue date.
Do my points ever expire?
Only memberships with less than 1000 points and no activity in three years will be considered dormant and will be closed.
How do I add a family member to my account?
They can use the same phone number at checkout if you want to accumulate points under a single account.
Membership Terms & Conditions
Members of Cost-U-Less Grand Cayman +Earn More rewards program (the +Earn More Program”) may earn points by purchasing qualifying products at the Cost-U-Less store in Grand Cayman, participating in certain special events, purchasing specified products or making purchases during special dates and times. Under the +Earn More Program, “qualifying product purchases” means purchases of products such as groceries and household goods.
Grand Cayman Cost-U-Less has the right to make the final decision on whether a purchase qualifies for points (or an action qualifies for bonus points) under the +Earn More Program.
Points are redeemed for Rewards at the Grand Cayman Cost-U-Less store (some exclusions may apply). Program terms, benefits and conditions are subject to change without notice.
Terms & Conditions
All currency values listed in this Terms & Conditions are in Cayman Island (CI) dollars.
Customers may enroll by obtaining a membership card at the Grand Cayman Cost-U-Less store and completing their registration on the Cost-U-Less Grand Cayman website or at the in-store kiosk.
Membership is open to any customer who is at least 16 years of age. No purchase is necessary to enroll in the Cost-U-Less +Earn More Program. By enrolling, you accept and agree to these Terms and Conditions. The +Earn More Program is not available in all areas and is void where prohibited by law. Membership is nontransferable and subject to present and future program rules. Employees of Grand Cayman Cost-U-Less and its affiliates are eligible for membership, but may not participate in all benefits. Membership becomes effective and these Terms and Conditions are deemed accepted when an individual completes their enrollment via the Cost-U-Less Grand Cayman website or at the kiosk in store.
At the time of enrollment, each Cost-U-Less Rewards member needs to provide at a minimum: Email Address, First Name, Last Name, Address, Phone Number, Birth Date and Login Credentials. While Cost-U-Less strives towards complete security and privacy, we are not responsible for unauthorized use of a member’s identifier or redemption of a member’s reward/points in the event the member’s account has been compromised. By enrolling and providing your email address, you agree to our contacting you for the purposes of providing you with information and updates related to the +Earn More Program and to Cost-U-Less Grand Cayman. You may withdraw from membership at any time by providing written notice to the Cost-U-Less Grand Cayman store. You may also opt-out or modify your subscription to receiving our emails by clicking the Unsubscribe button.
Enrollment in the +Earn More Program is free.
Members earn 1 point per every $1 spent on eligible qualifying items at the Grand Cayman Cost-U-Less store when the member identifies themselves as a Cost-U-Less +Earn More Program member at checkout by showing and scanning their Card or by providing their phone number to the cashier. Points are not earned on any portion less than $1, such as 0.50. Purchases made at other Cost-U-Less locations are not eligible to earn points and rewards at our Grand Cayman location. Point calculations are based upon dollars spent at checkout on eligible product purchases. Points are not earned on any dollars spent on delivery charges, bottle deposits, rebates applied at the time of purchase, coupons, the dollar amount of available mail-in rebates at the time of purchase of any product or service, the dollar amount of a purchase of gift cards/certificates, the dollar amount of any gift card/certificate offer with purchase, Tobacco, or other excluded charges. Members do not earn points for the amount of any Reward redeemed or discounts applied to an eligible or qualifying product purchase.
Purchases made without a member providing a Membership Number or phone number associated with their Membership account will not be eligible to earn points. The number of points earned is based on the final purchase amount of all eligible items included in price of those items in a single transaction. Points can also be earned on specially flagged items in-store during certain promotions. See “Bonus Points” below. If a member redeems a Cost-U-Less Reward offer toward a purchase, and pays a portion of the retail price after the Reward redemption, the member will receive points on the remaining retail amount paid by the member, but not on the amount of the Reward redemption. Purchases made prior to enrollment in the program are not eligible to earn points.
At certain times, Cost-U-Less Grand Cayman may offer promotions in which members may earn additional or “bonus points” in connection with the purchase of certain products, reaching certain spending amounts in one purchase, participating in specified events or taking other certain actions. During these promotions, a member will earn the bonus points as specified in the specific offer. Bonus point promotions are subject to the terms and conditions of the offer and may be offered at any time at the Cost-U-Less Grand Cayman store at the company’s sole discretion. Bonus point promotions are valid for a limited time only and may be ended without notice.
No points are earned on Reward redemptions, or coupons or discounts taken at check out. Cost-U-Less Grand Cayman may add other items to this list without notice.

Points will be immediately posted to a Member’s account. If connectivity is disrupted, the points will be posted when the systems are back on line. Points are automatically converted to a $25 Reward when the minimum threshold for the reward (5000 points) is reached (see redeeming points below for details). Rewards cannot be redeemed on the same transaction where they were earned.
When members accumulate 5000 points across one or more transactions, they will receive a $25 reward (“Reward”) delivered to their digital wallet viewable through the Rewards App, website or in-store kiosk. Rewards will be automatically redeemed on the member’s next transaction. There is a $25 minimum purchase required to redeem the Reward, as there is no “change back” or credit is given for a partially used Reward (i.e., if the purchase total is less than the Reward value). Rewards may only be redeemed at the Grand Cayman store. Rewards are valid for 30 days after the time they are issued unless noted otherwise on the Reward. There is no limit to how many Rewards a member can earn in one year.
Rewards may not be used to purchase gift certificates, Tobacco or other ineligible products and services. Cost-U-Less Grand Cayman assumes no responsibility for errors caused by incorrect member name or contact information. Members are responsible for updating their contact information in their member profile via the Cost-U-Less Grand Cayman website or in-store kiosk.
Value & Transferability
Points and Rewards have no cash value, are issued for promotional purposes only, are non-transferable, cannot be bartered, exchanged or redeemed for cash, do not constitute property of the member, may not be combined among members and may not be transferred or assigned to any other person, entity, trust or estate.
Rewards expire 30 days from the issue date. Unused points do not expire, but once they are converted to a Reward they are removed from a member’s point balance and do not count toward future Rewards. Member accounts with balances below 1000 points are considered dormant after no activity for three years and will be cancelled.
Cost-U-Less Grand Cayman reserves the right to deduct points from a member’s account if a member earned points from a purchase and that purchase is subject to a returned check fee for non-sufficient funds or the merchandise is later subject to a return, refund, or other credit. If a member uses a Reward to purchase an item and then returns the item or the member’s check is returned NSF, the Reward shall not be reissued for use again.
Updates to Member Information
Members may cancel their Cost-U-Less Grand Cayman +Earn More Program membership at any time by providing written notice at the store Customer Service counter. Upon account cancellation or closure, any unused points accrued in your account or Rewards earned will be forfeited and cancelled and cannot be redeemed.
By joining the Cost-U-Less Grand Cayman +Earn More Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and affirm that you are at least 16 years old and are otherwise eligible to participate. Cost-U-Less Grand Cayman may change or alter these Terms and Conditions or any rules, regulations, policies and procedures at any time. A member’s point balance, as reflected in the member’s account status records, shall be deemed correct unless otherwise proven incorrect. Cost-U-Less Grand Cayman reserves the right to determine the amount of points in any member’s account based on our internal records. If an inconsistency emerges between a member’s records and our records, Cost-U-Less Grand Cayman’s internal records will be final and binding in all respects.
The Cost-U-Less +Earn More Program is intended for the sole use and benefit of the member. You agree to abide by Cost-U-Less Grand Cayman’s Terms and Conditions, interpretation, application and enforcement of the policies and procedures set forth above. Abuse of the Cost-U-Less Grand Cayman +Earn More Program may result in our taking any action we deem appropriate, including without limitation, issuing a warning, suspending or terminating your access to and use of the program and canceling any unused Rewards. Abuse includes but is not limited to failure to follow program Terms and Conditions, policies and procedures, the sale or barter of Rewards, points or promotional offers, using multiple Cost-U-Less Grand Cayman Rewards accounts in an effort to circumvent these Term and Conditions, and any misrepresentation of fact or other improper conduct as determined by Cost-U-Less Grand Cayman in its sole judgment. Cost-U-Less Grand Cayman reserves the right to take appropriate legal action to recover damages, attorneys’ fees and court costs arising out of the enforcement of any of the Terms and Conditions.
Cost-U-Less Grand Cayman reserves the right to, at its sole discretion, cancel, alter, limit or modify program rules, regulations, points earning and redeeming structure, or institute or add blackout dates for earning points or using Rewards, limit the number of Rewards for use by any one individual on any one purchase or over a period of time or any other feature of the program at any time, without notice even though changes may affect the benefits the member may have already accumulated. In accumulating points, members may not rely on the continued availability of any Reward or reward level and they have no vested right with respect to points, Rewards or program benefits. The Cost-U-Less Grand Cayman +Earn More Program is offered entirely at the discretion of Cost-U-Less Grand Cayman. We reserve the right to end this program at any time.
